 Returns & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality U.S. products that meet your expectations and want you to be happy with any item you purchased from us. If you would like to return it, or your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item for example, you can return it within 14 days of the date you received it for a full refund less the original shipping charges (if any)

To be eligible for a return your item(s) must be unused or unworn  (Brand New) and sent back in the original packaging with all tags attached (if any). If the item shows any signs of being used or its returned without the original packaging, we cannot issue you a refund.

To Request a Refund:

First, email us at support@lylasgreenplanet.com or call us at 734-234-6800 within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. We need a brief description of why your returning the item and a contact number. 

Return Instructions:

We will give you a Return Authorization Number that you need to include with your return, and email you a shipping label at that time. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization number or not in the original packaging will not be accepted.

Refund Issued:

After your return is received and checked your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Banks and credit card companies can take up to 15 days to clear a refund transaction so please be patient. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. If you haven't received your refund within 15 days contact us and we will be happy to look into it for you.

Important Details:

  • Refunds do not include the original shipping charges.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect in which case we will take care of the shipping cost. You do not need to send back damaged or broken items however to receive your refund we will request that you send us pictures of the damage so that we can file a claim with the shipper. 
  • Some items, such as sale items or hand painted silk scarves for example may not be eligible for a refund. Products that are not returnable have that noted in their product descriptions.
  • We do not accept exchanges.

We stand by the quality of our products and hope you love your purchase. But if your not thrilled, or it’s not what you expected, we will happily refund your money :)
