Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to providing a smooth shopping experience. At this time we are only shipping our products to the continental USA excluding Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.
- Order Processing: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and estimated delivery is in 4-7 business days. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- Processing Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
- Weekends and Holidays: We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM EST will be processed on the following Monday, excluding holidays.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with tracking information.
- Split Shipments: At Lyla's Green Planet, we have to partner with multiple suppliers in order to bring you the diverse range of eco-friendly products we offer. Because our collections are sourced from different locations, your order may be shipped in separate packages, depending on the items you’ve selected. While this means your purchases might arrive at different times, rest assured that we carefully track each shipment to ensure everything reaches you as quickly as possible. You’ll receive individual tracking information for each package, so you can stay updated on their delivery statuses. Thank you for supporting sustainable shopping with us!
- Order Damage: If your order arrived damaged, its important that you email us about the problem no later than 7 business days of the delivery date to start the refund process. We are also to ask you to send us a picture(s) of the damaged package and item(s) so we can file a claim with the shipper.
